Our aim here at Lincs Domestic Services is to provide a home away from home for contractors working in the Grimsby area. We provide everything you should need while you are away from home. Here at Caspian house you have the ability to do your own cooking, washing of clothes etc. All utensils and equipment you could possibly want are provided on site. The kitchen diner also has a couch and TV so you can get together with your colleagues in the evening an socialise while watching a bit of TV. Caspian House is located in the heart of Grimsby at the junction between Caspian Road and Columbia Road. You are within a mile of the town centre, Grimsby docks and the seaside town of Cleethorpes. Although there is no private parking on site there is usually plenty of parking available at the side of the house. This is the case no matter what time of the day you arrive back at the property. There is a convenience store located across the road on the opposite corner so you should never be short of the essentials. A fish and chip shop is also located less than 50m away down Caspian Road.
The house comprises four rooms, two King rooms a double room and one single. Each rooms decor has been hand crafted and is unique. No expense has been spared to make sure that you have the best stay possible. The owner is a bit of a tech head so we made sure that each room has access to the fastest WIFI and if you have an ethernet cable to hand you can plug in to get wired speeds. Each room has a very large Smart TV so you can rewind after a days work and make the best of the time you have available. There is plenty of storage space and new towels/bedding are refreshed periodically. Three of the Four rooms contain a desk/chair so you can unpack your laptop if you need to do some business while back at the room. The double room is the only room that does not contain a desk/chair.
The bathroom has a combined Bath/Shower along with toilet and sink. Bath mats are placed daily as well as toiletries which are assigned to each room.
The house contains a fully fitted kitchen which has all the standard appliances. These include the Cooker, Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Kettle and Toaster. In the dining area there is seating for four people at the dining table. Also in this area is a large sofa where you can relax in the evenings or retire to your room. On the wall there is a large smart TV so you catch up with the days events while eating if you so desire.
No need to mess around with keys when it comes to entering the apartment. When you book the room you are assigned a personal code unique to you which will gain you entry. The door can also be opened remotely by ourselves if you forget your code.
All our serviced apartments in Grimsby are equipped with camera surveillance. These are located at all entrances and exits for your security and peace of mind.
